Maybe you’ve been thinking about reaching out but aren’t sure of what that even entails? Here is what you can expect:

First step: Fill out an application for 1:1 coaching. This gives me the basic details on what you’re looking for, what you’ve tried in the past and what goals you’re hoping to achieve.

Next: Book a free consult. I made this super easy by linking my personal calendar to the application for coaching. Once you’ve filled that out, you’ll be able to set up a time that works for you! This call allows us to talk more in depth about:
-Your current nutrition
-What has/hasn’t worked for you so far
-Your specific goals and needs as a client.
-Any injuries or health conditions you might have that you feel is slowing down your progress.

It gives us a chance to talk about how the program works, what I need to get you started and gives me a chance to get to know you better.

Upon signup for coaching: You’ll fill out a detailed client intake form. This gives me your basic starting stats like weight, height, age, starting body composition pictures and measurements. I also want to know all about you and your lifestyle! The intake form helps me better understand your current workouts, what type of job demands you have, what stress factors you feel come into play, more details on what specific goals you want to achieve and why they’re important to you.

I’ll collect a food log from you to see what your current eating habits are like as well as where your current calories fall.

Last step to get you started: Once I’ve collected your data, I’ll spend time putting together a macronutrient based nutrition plan that is personalized to your needs and goals.

You’ll get:
-A detailed PDF explaining your specific macro targets, water goal and fiber goal.
-A video from me on how to get started on your first week and make it as smooth as possible!
-A data tracker to fill out each day (This tracks your macros, water, fiber, alcohol, sleep, steps, workouts, measurements etc).
-An assigned check in day with me each week.
