Nutrition Coaching

An individualized assessment. 

In order to make real change, first I need to know where you’re at. I’ll assess your current eating habits, diet history, where you’re at with movement/daily activity as well as any health concerns you may have. We’ll talk about what seems to be your biggest challenges and what your personal goals are with the program. These could be weight loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, better management of a medical condition (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure), or simply adopting a healthier lifestyle.

A personalized nutrition plan.
 

Your program will include:

  • A PDF detailing your plan, a checklist of things we’ll cover on your check in day and common mistakes I see so you can avoid them. 

  • A detailed tracker with your individualized calorie and macronutrient targets you’ll fill out each day that we will review on your check in. We’ll also track workouts and steps as well as biofeedback such as sleep patterns, energy levels, and hunger. Weekly measurements, weigh-ins and progress pictures are also part of the check in process. 

  • An in depth video from me explaining our game plan. I believe education is HUGE when it comes to adherence and I want to make sure you know the ‘WHY’ behind your plan. 

Once you receive your customized plan from me, we’ll have a weekly check-in where I’ll be able to review how your week went, your progress and biofeedback, discuss any challenges or successes you've experienced and make adjustments to your nutrition plan if needed.

Support, encouragement and accountability. 

Working 1:1 allows us to have conversations week to week on such a deeper level. It allows me to provide suggestions on things like nutrient timing, supplementation, implementation of refeed days and to answer any questions or address concerns you may have (like a holiday or date night coming up).  We’re not robots and working with a coach lets us tackle things together. Valuable support, accountability, and guidance to help you make sustainable changes to your diet is HUGE when it comes to success.

Access to your coach. 

Change can be scary, frustrating and confusing. You’ll have access to me through our weekly check-ins as well as 24/7 access via email throughout your week if you have questions or just need encouragement!
