I have been passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle since I was young. In high school I focused on olympic lifting all four years. After college, I fell in love with crossfit and became a coach and personal trainer. One big thing I noticed that was missing in the fitness world was education and application when it came to nutrition. Women wanted to improve their health and feel more confident in their body but didn’t know how to get there. In 2015 I launched Flex Fuel Nutrition and since then have been able to help hundreds of women learn how to fuel their body to match their lifestyle, while also reaching their peak physique.
