Can I be transparent? I have come to a realization lately that I have let life go by and more often than i'd like to admit, haven't been fully present and engaged in the moment. Trying to fit it all in, work, fitness, family, friends, travel, downtime and on top of all this, making sure it all fits my macros. At some point, you CAN'T fit it all in and simultaneously be fully engaged in the moment. The more things I try to cram in my day, the more stressors I have, the more stressors I have, the less engaged I become. I reached a level of burnout and even the thing I truly LOVE and am most passionate about, stressed me out. Flex Fuel is something Mallory and I have created from the ground up, on our own. We are passionate about helping people change their lives through their nutrition and want to help create a way of life for others that allows you to find freedom in your food. Your nutrition plan should work into your life, it shouldn't be you trying to cram your life into a nutrition plan. I had to remind myself of the very thing I coach clients on daily. Read More →
