Flex Fuel uses flexible nutrition principles to help you fuel your body properly and achieve your goals. Using our scientific approach and tracking your macronutrients (protein,carbohydrates,fats), we will work together to help you reach your lifestyle and performance goals.

Our Coaches

Katy and Mallory are two women excited to help others transform their bodies and relationship with food through flexible dieting. They are close friends who share the same passions for nutrition and helping others. After dedicating themselves to flexible dieting and seeing huge benefits, they wanted to create a business where they could share this life-changing nutrition regimen with everyone around them. They aspire to take each and every client on a journey that will result in meeting the goals they have set before them. 

Mallory Long


Mallory has been passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle since she was young. Growing up she experimented with all different sports like soccer and fastpitch and going into high school, she focused on weight training and olympic lifting. She became an avid runner in college and used that as her main source of fitness until she found Crossfit in 2010. You can find Mallory competing in Crossfit competitions as well as Olympic weightlifting meets. She is constantly getting outside, finding new hikes and adventures. After trying numerous diets over the years, she could never quite reach the physique or performance level she desired. Flexible dieting transformed Mallory into the athlete she always saw herself becoming and changed her mindset about food. Through her personal experience she has developed a need to help others discover their potential using Flexible Dieting.

Katy has been a certified NASM and Crossfit trainer for over 5 years but has been passionate about health and fitness her entire life. Competitive gymnastics, track and field, cheerleading, running half-marathons,  and climbing various mountains, are a small list of her endeavors over the years. The past three years she has dedicated her training to competing in Crossfit, ranging to small local competitions to competing at Crossfit Regionals on a team in 2014 and 2015. Coaching Crossfit classes, as well as personal training are some of her biggest passions, but she is a firm believer that you cannot reach your health and fitness goals without a sound nutritional base. After trying just about every eating regimen out there, she was turned on to Flexible Dieting and hasn't looked back since. She hopes to share her passion and help others reach their goals through Flexible Dieting.
