“Anytime in the past that I have wanted to drop a few pounds I would cut carbs. I’d go through a week of feeling like junk then lose the weight fast only to gain it back and then some when I would start eating carbs again.
When I first got my macros from Mallory I was shocked at the amount of food I was able to eat and more importantly what I was allowed to eat. At first it was kind of hard for me to be spontaneous about what I ate but once I got a little more comfortable it became easier.
Mallory has helped me learn to be patient in seeing results and that just because the scale doesn’t always show the numbers I want doesn’t mean the results aren’t there.
