Sunday errands = a stocked fridge!

If your weeks are super busy (helllllo, who’s isnt!) then getting a head start by grocery shopping for the week is a key element to your success through the week.

✔️Lots of fresh veggies
✔️Fresh fruit
✔️Protein options like chicken, ground turkey, lunch meat, shrimp and turkey kielbasa get us through the full week.
✔️Snacks like string cheese, hummus, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese helps fill in the gaps around meals.
🍾And of course some fun stuff like champagne for mimosas

🍠🍌Not pictured but on the list this am we’re bananas, sweet potatoes, avocados, Dave’s killer bread, frozen berries for smoothies and some chocolate may have snuck in my cart.
