Sesame Shrimp w/ Jasmine Rice
•4oz raw shrimp
•1 serving (45g) Jasmine rice
•120g green beans
•1T Hoisin Sauce
•1 clove garlic
•1T peeled ginger
•15g scallions
•sesame seeds for garnish
Preheat oven to 400, roast green beans in 1/4T oil, salt and pepper. Cook rice. Sautee ginger and scallions, mix into rice and let simmer. Sautee shrimp, remaining oils, ginger and hoisin sauce. Serve over rice, garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!!
