 FF is not a “fad diet” it’s a lifestyle…a flexible lifestyle that works for you as an individual. Before FF I didn’t exercise, ate poorly and felt defeated. Now I am in the gym 4-5 days a week, counting my macros and focused on fueling my body properly to get stronger and leaner. I’m no longer focused on my weight but how I feel both physically and mentally. The 30# and lots of inches are gone. I went from a size 13 to a 6. But aside from the physical changes, the most important thing is how amazing I feel. I have so much more energy, I sleep a lot better, have a better outlook on life and am a much better mom as a result. Thanks so much Katy for your guidance, answering all my questions and for all your kind words. Looking forward to the next six months and crushing my new goals. Bring on the bulk!!!”
