Mango Pineapple protein smoothie!

I don’t know about you but I’m trying to soak up these last days of summer any way I can. One of my favorite post workout shakes or something I love to have when I’m craving something sweet is this easy 4 ingredient smoothie (does ice count as an ingredient?!).


I shop at Trader Joe’s a lot. Like a lot, a lot. They always have new things to try and their prices seem pretty reasonable including their Organic Frozen fruit. This smoothie has great flavor and the pineapple and mango make it feel more like I’m sipping a pina colada on the beach somewhere! Here’s what you need:


-70 grams of organic frozen pineapple

-70 grams of organic frozen mango

-1 vanilla Premier protein drink ( you can use whatever kind of protein you like but if you use powder form, you’ll need to add something like almond milk to blend)

-1 small handful of ice

23.5 carbs/ 3 fat/ 31 protein


Throw everything in your blender, blend together and enjoy!
