With a coach to hold me accountable, I was happy to sign up and try it out. Mallory has been my coach since October, and I could not be happier with the results I have seen! Even in the first couple of weeks I noticed a significant difference in my body, energy, and performance in the gym. In the last three months my body composition has completely changed. I also have had some of my best workouts ever, and continue to get stronger and faster. Since starting flexible dieting I have strung together my bar muscle ups (after months of trying), got my first ring muscle up, and just recently was able to string together my chest to bar pullups! Not only did I get my first legless rope climb (yay!!!) but I did 10 total in the WOD this morning!Besides the positive changes I have seen, I love that flexible dieting doesn’t feel like a “diet”. I never feel deprived of anything, and if I really want something I just work around it. Mallory has been so encouraging and helpful on my journey, and I actually look forward to my check in days, not only to see my progress, but to hear the feedback she has for me. I also enjoy being a part of the Flex Fuel community, and learning from others as well as getting new recipe ideas. I feel confident that flexible dieting is now a way of life for me, and I look forward to continuing to work with Mallory to see what milestones I can hit in 2016!”
