3 Ingredient Crispy Cups

These will blow your ever- lovin’ mind! Such a perfect sweet treat with simple ingredients & so easy to make!


  • 200g Dark Chocolate (I used 70% cacao chocolate chips)
  • 2T Nut Butter of choice (I used peanut butter!)
  • 1 cup Rice Crispies


  • Melt chocolate and nut butter in a microwave safe bowl, 1 minute at a time, stirring until melted.
  • Fold in rice crispies
  • Divide into muffin tins evenly. I made these into 6 cups, but they were VERY dense! If you divide into 8 or even 10 they would still be a perfect treat and better on nutrition facts!
