🎄Day 3 of our 12 days of Christmas!!

As the days get shorter and weather gets colder, you may find yourself being much less active than you are in the winter months.

I know my daily walks are fewer and far between so I have to get creative on ways to move more.

Here are some easy ways to increase your daily movement (and TDEE) without having to spend too much time in the frigid temps.

🤸🏻‍♀️Park further out at the grocery store so you have to walk further in. Return your cart inside of the store instead of putting it in the nearest cart parking center in the parking lot.

🎢Take the stairs whenever possible instead of an elevator.

🏃🏼‍♀️Take a lap around your living room each time a commercial comes on the tv.

🤸🏻‍♀️Take a lap periodically around the living room/kitchen when making dinner.
Start your morning with a 5 minute walk on the treadmill (again, doesn’t have to be super long but it helps!)

🧹Clean the house. Vacuuming, mopping, dusting is an easy way to move!

💃🏼Put on a good song and dance! It’s creates quality time with your family too!
